When Anjuman got married to Mobeen Malik, she also claimed that her husband is from a "conservative background" and a "khandaani" guy. It was later reported in the yellow-press that he used to frequent the red light area of Lahore and had "known" (had relationships with) a large number of movie actresses and dancers before finally settling with Anjuman. Speculation was that in Anjuman's dictionary, anyone who is not actually taking part in a movie is deemed "conservative".
I think, these show-biz ladies announce such titles for their to-be beau just to create some sort of respect for them. These dudes are as much into the glamor of these film-star ladies as these ladies get enamoured by their wealth ('old' wealth). Typically, speaking ofcourse. I have no idea about Amina Haq and her fiance'.
