Doesn't it look like her arms are kinda resting on her kameez? If that was 'wet' mehndi, wouldn't she take care not to place her arms/hands on her kameez?

i think you are right. No kind of dry mehndi can be that dark... that's what i was thinking, i've never seen that good quality of mehndi at least in Canada. i'm sure it's sold in Toronto, but at least not where i live that i know of.
