It's an interesting question:

- It does not matter what Qadianis think about Muslims. Anyone who renegades against Islamic beliefs is kafir for Muslims. There is 100% consensus of ALL Muslims over it.
- In the beginning, Qadianis including the founder MGA and their caliphs, considered non-Qadianis to be kafirs. Later when the resistence against them started building up, they changed this fatwa of their own founder and caliphs.
- Still there are Qadiani scholars who consider non-Qadianis to be kafir.
- Former Foreign Minister Chowdhury Zafar was Qadiani. He also considered non-Qadianis to be kafir, as reported by Qudratullah Shahab in 'Shahab-nama'.
