And one foot note .... I have seen Sunnis shias or what ever muslims going to peers and well and truely worshiping graves ... Just because they dont belong to one particular sect so you will probably gonna call them "Ignorant Muslims" ....... And you wont call them kafirs because you wont have a particular tribe to be blamed or you wont have a "Name" to be decalared as "Kafir"......

any how, any one who worships graves is KAFIR, he is not misguided he is not "mislead" he is KAFIR.
you can come up with all sorts of crap about kalima being the only condition of islam but let me tell you one thing
If you ask them (about this), they declare: "We were only talking idly and joking." Say: "Was it at Allâh, and His Ayât (proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.) and His Messenger (SAW) that you were mocking?" (At-Tawbah 9:65)
Make no excuse; you have disbelieved after you had believed. If We pardon some of you, We will punish others amongst you because they were Mujrimûn (disbelievers, polytheists, sinners, criminals, etc.). (At-Tawbah 9:66)
this ayat was revealed when some muslims made fun of muhammad :saw: and his companions. even though they were believers before they joked (in the ayah it is stated that you disbelieved after believing) but their joke took them out of islam, they still had the kalima. so brother before you defend grave worshippers please open your eyes to the fact that there are some things that make one get out of islam even with out their knowledge.
O you who believe! Raise not your voices above the voice of the Prophet (SAW), nor speak aloud to him in talk as you speak aloud to one another, lest your deeds may be rendered fruitless while you perceive not. (Al-Hujurat 49:2)
so the sahabas were told that all their deeds would be rendered useless if they raised their voices over the rasuls :saw: they had kalima didnt they?
yes sinners are not kafir, they are muslim but grave worshipper and ISMAILIS are kafir. i do not doubt that for a second. they claim that their imam knows when the day of judgement will happen and who so ever believs that is a kafir, infact any one who even believes that even muhammad :saw: knows when is the day of judgement is gonna happen is a kafir too.
