The tracks I am looking for are the one above, "Likh diya ( ? di) hum nay aap kay naam" I may not have the exact title, her duet with Mehdi Hassan - "Zindagi rahay na rahay" ( I think).
There is also a song which I can only vaguley remember - she sings as a daughter-in-law who has married into a family only interested in her money and is basically telling them how she is going to make them pay for deceiving her. The song was in atleast two and perhaps three "segments" which were sung in a variety of what you might call styles.
Sorry if that last description is vague but unless I can lay my hands on the cassette it was recorded on it is all I have to go on!

I have got "Turu turu tara tara" and Tarasta hai yeh dil".
Just generally, I think Nahid Akhtar should have a thread devoted especially to her - she had a fantastic voice and I have only heard a few of her songs.
