Introduction

I was born in Lahore. I belong to a family who gives the highest priority to education. If I look back at my family history, I see everyone educated including my great-grand parents. I was raised under strict rules which I obviously hated at that time but now I totally support that much discipline.
And yes, I am very social and I talk a lot.

Education:

School - Cathedral & DPS (Lahore)
Degrees:
1. Masters in Business Administration (MBA)
2. Masters in Marketing
Melbourne, Australia

Now, I want to do PHD InshAllah. I was offered by the head of the dept. when I completed my masters but I didn't accept the offer at that time which I really really regret now.

Professional Experience:

1. Marketing Researcher - University referred Internship in Melbourne (2 months)
2. Marketing Research Analyst – Marketing Research Company in USA (1 Year).
(I worked as an intern for a couple of months and then was promoted as a regular employee)
3. Product Manager – Computer Software Company in USA (3 years in Feb 2007)

Extra-Curricular Activities:

1. Elected Student Union Member in my university in Australia
2. Debates/speeches, drama, poem reading (school. poems in junior school only)
3. Softball & Tennis. I play as a catcher in my office softball team. We play against 7-8 teams every season.
Even though, I suck in Tennis but I always add it in my list.

Volunteer Work:

I have done some important projects for an Islamic Center in USA. My work included assisting different departments handling the budget of over million dollars and organizing special events such as walkathon, Sunday lectures, etc etc.

Hobbies:

- Reading: newspapers, magazines, books
- Traveling: I am a backpack traveler. Been to a few places around the world. Would love to go to Egypt, Spain & Italy now.
- Walking: in a park, beach. Yeah, its my hobby.
- Watching TV: Movies (Hollywood, Bollywood), Dramas (Pakistan), Sitcoms
- Watching Sports: Cricket (Go Pakistan, S. African team is my 2nd favorite). Football (depends), Basket Ball (go Lakers), US Football (go Steelers)
- New Hobby: GS (all forums) and my fav. smiley is *sooootaaaaa*
