I've always respected Mr.Gill for his anti-terrorism steps in Punjab but these recent comments seem a bit biased and unwarranted. You cannot blame ISI for every attach within India. There is support for Jihadi Terrorism from a small population within India definitely. Even if it is getting any sort of tactical/financial support from ISI that doesn't mean you ignore the internal problem and only blame the external help, if any.

The priority should be to get rid of the internal problem first because there clearly is one. Denial will get you nowhere. Recognizing the existence of a problem is the first step towards its solution.

I really appreciate a lot of Indian Muslim groups coming out openly and condemning these blasts. It's essential that we make sure such incidents do not lead to any riots.
