Why don't you make thick smoothies? You can use low fat yogurt and fresh fruits. Sugar is optional. You can keep in thick and serve it with spoons or add some skim milk and serve with straws. Very refreshing and good or you too. You can use tall glasses with colorful straws.
Also, before you pour the smoothies, you can add some fruit slices at the bottom of the glasses for added color, taste and something for the guests to look forward to once they reach the bottom of their smoothies! You could slice some strawberries and stick them on the rim of the glasses too.
Ok... now I'm craving summer treats... Ugh..!
