o yes VINEGAR z v effective as it removes reidue from hair shaft and closes cuticles.it restores natural PH.it prevents itchy scalp......

for DANDRUFF........
take
warm cocnut oil and apply on scalp with cotton ball.
leave overnite.
then apply lemon juice in the next morning.
wash after 30 minuteswith proper shampoo and conditioner..................
