Please note the following from a law firm claiming that you guys might be confusing the two companies. While this thread will remain posted, I just wanted to make sure the voice is heard and you exercise your own judgement.

--------------------------------
Dear Sirs
Scala Land Limited
We are an English law firm instructed by Scala Land Limited (“Scala Land”).
It has come to our client’s attention that a link to our client’s website has been posted on a forum to your website, www.paklinks.com, with the following web address:
UK Land Investments ? (the “post”).
As you will see, the link to the Scala Land website appears alongside that of UK Land Investments International (”UK Land”). The UK branch of this company has, according to our client, been put into administration by the UK’s Financial Services Authority (“FSA”).
The juxtaposition of Scala Land’s name and website with that of UK Land suggests that the two companies are somehow related and/or engaged in the same type of business practices.
Given that UK Land’s English subsidiary has been put into administration, the impression given by the associated links on the website forum hosted by you is bound to cause our client commercial and reputational damage unless removed from your website forum.
We would be grateful, therefore, for the expeditious removal from your website of the post or any links to Scala Land and your confirmation that this has been done.
Please also confirm that future forum posts will be closely monitored, and that any comments potentially damaging to our client will be edited or removed as appropriate in a timely fashion.
We look forward to hearing from you by the 29th August 2008. In the meantime, we reserve all of our client’s rights.
Yours faithfully
