SHARBAT - E - LemonRose...
Recipe - Boil a cup of sugar in 2 cups of water, then half cup of freshly squeezed lemon juice, grated lemon zest. When it has cooled a little bit, but still warm, add the washed petals from large scented rose and leave to infuse for 2 hours.
Sieve it and use the syrup poured over ice. U can also add mint leaves to the glass, or crushed raspberries etc.
