Yes you can help your sister, just make sure that she is being treated regularly and you make sure that she gets her medication regularly.
That all will go a long way in her treatment , Ishallah , and one day she will take charge of her medication herself , Inshallah. Till then you be the in charge of her treatment. You can seek help of others in your family for this cause.
