UTD, I cannot read minds or peoples' intentions so I have to rely on their words. It sure did not sound like a woman who was proud of her country before her bafoon won a few primaries.

UTD parroting pelosi's comments does not make them facts and true statements. That is not the stance of the oil companies, they have asked for and rejected by the dems a numerous times. You do not have to go far to see the shorcomings of this philosphy adopted by the dems...have you forgotten the rolling blackouts and brown outs in Califoolya? What are the rates of electicity in that state? Keep on following the path to disaster and eventually you will get there. Dont get me wrong, I am not saying that we should not look/reserach fopr alternative fuel for the long term ...but there has to be a balance and you dems do not understand that word. You want wind power, but not in my backyard (kennedy's), you want the galamor and glitz, but want the other states to do the dirty work for you (California) and the list goes on and on. Come clean and be honest, whatever, this fool is promising is exactly that "fool's gold" nothing less and nothing more.
