the rule can be, getting up early early in the morning and doing exercise before sehri or during the afternoon at least 4 hrs before the fast is broken.

fasting and exercise are possible together. regularity in following a set right time is the key.







People don't remember how fast you did your job, but they will long remember how well you did it.
