The objection raised is not on his being an "ummati nabi", but on his following a non-prophet, that is Imam Abu Hanifa, in the matters of fiqh.
Most followers of Qadiani here have hard time digesting that he followed Abu Hanifa, for the above obvious reason. But if Qadiani did not follow Abu Hanifa then they should produce his own work on fiqh Ahmadiyya. Unfortunately, such work is not available. This proves that Qadiani followed Abu Hanifa, who was a non prophet.

Simply put, the question is: Which fiqh did Qadiani follow?
