Murphy's Law states that:
"If anything can go wrong, it will;
If anything can't go wrong, it still will."
So no matter how best we plan, things which are ought to go wrong, will still go wrong. Like Thomas Edison said:
"I did not fail 1000 times. I know 1000 ways, it will not work".
So I believe it's the state of mind. How we take our successes or failures(?) depends on how we look at things.
