I'd also be keen to know how Musharraf afforded a place at 1.25M.
Assume he bought it for a fourth of that, that the usd for an average 65, and he saved up every rupee over a 40 year career.
That would mean he made a million rupees every year for 40 yrs and never spent a rupee.
Unless ofcourse he has some investment or business sidelines
