Don't worry too much about food and drinks in Ramazan. Pay attention to doing all kind of ebadat and staying clear of social , cultural , personal evils. You can eat anything or everything if you don't be lazy and do some kind of exercise even if you go for a walk just for 30 minutes anytime of the day that will keep your metabolism in good shape.
