we can't even guarantee it for the majority let alone the minority - no wonder some are thinking it would be best if they were able to control their own affairs

As the security situation is bad for EVERY citizen in the country, would it make sense to split country in to million parts like each mohalla is a country so they can have their own "security"?
Security is not bad just for Christian or any minority in specific/general, its bad for everyone. Security alone can't be used as reason to carve out province/city/country.
