^ I see no reason why they would be included in the deal, considering they've been crying about his trial. It was Zardari (the most power man in politics), Mushy (obviously), and Kiyani (the most powerful man in the military). All others dont matter. Bringing them on the table would have given them undue importance which Zardari and Kiyani wouldnt like.
