Right, post 2003-2004 there was a lot of corruption and stubbornness in the HEC. Daudpota, Hoodbhoy addressed many of these in the press. To date, the only reputable institutions we have are still the ones we had before Dr. Atta's time. There was a big sprout in smaller less reputable institutions though. However, Dr. Atta did manage to send alot of people abroad, who are to come back and teach at these Pakistani universities and colleges.
