Sorry I missed your post, but same answer to you buddy, when great president Zardari criticized the militants (which you are saying are pakistani), why do you see the Kashmiri leaders so upset then?
If you think the militancy is Pakistani, you should actually welcome great Zardari's statement condemning it, and should be happy that Pakistan is changing its policy on Kashmir, and wants nothing to do with it anymore.
