I bought a new turquoise pencil (which I've mixed in on the lower eyelash line) and a MAC turquoise eye shadow which has been applied on the 1st half of the eye lid - the rest I've smoked out with my mac sharkskin and black eyeshadow, and applied a lighter blue in the corners of the eye to make them stand out a bit more. I ran out of mascara! Otherwise to create a dark smokey look, the more.. the better!
