Very interesting, thanks. But my biggest concern is this: I live in the UAE and my fiance is in the states. Over there, their cells r connected to some particular service. It's the whole package deal. So what should I do in this case? Should I still get him one and pray that it works in the states. What should I consider as far as the network is concerned?

Go for iPhone or HTC. I am using HTC Diamond and it allows me to sync it with MS Exchange server, and even google mail. It's an HSDPA phone, but that should not be a problem coz it also supports outdated 3G (USA version).  |
