I know many softwares on the MAC side but I can't seem to recall anything on the PC. In any case, I'm sure there are but I as I mentioned I'm more accustomed to using an accounting software. Now, I do know of an online service that allows you to send/generate invoices but I haven't tried it out. Perhaps you may be interested. Its a toronto based company called, Fresh Books. They offer a free account which is limited to three active clients, maybe you can have multiple accounts.
