Maham.... this tightness in the abs you are talking about...does it feel more like a muscle pull or soreness? it may just be from working out your abs. It's pretty normal for someone who is just starting to work out consistently. Also...do you drink a lot of water before/during/after working out? this may be why you are urinating so much more.
last night I went to my Zumba class

1 hr of straight latin dancing followed by some weight training. My gym added a new 1hr Bhangra class as well.....Im gonna give that a try today plus some resistance/weight training.
