oh ok, tx guys! yes i drink lots of water while excercising maybe thats y i have been urinating alot lol...
2day was a tough day at gym...i think thats cuz i didnt eat all of my breakfast and neither my lunch...plus didnt snack either lol...so after gyming i was feelin very weird like something is missing from my body...but than i ate my dinner n i feel better now...thats the thing if i have to eat diet food i end up not eating at all but than thats not good..i guess i shud ask the concerned diet person if there are any protien shakes or anything i shud be taking for more enegery.....
