Salaam,

I am asking this question on behalf of someone. please answer my question with quranic point of view.

why some people have speciall need children, (despite the scientific issue).
Are these children " azmiaash" for parents or punishment for parents's unknown sin??

also why there isn't any thing mention like that in quran for these children and their parents.

again i am asking this for someone cuz i haven't reading whole quran with translation.

please answer me with details.
