I do something similar to Gina. Marinate thi chicken in hot sauce, salt, pepper & if you want some garlic powder too. Then i set out some flour and a beaten egg in bowl. Dop the chicken in the egg & then the flour and deep fry. Yummy! What is even better is to flavor the flour slightly with pepper, cajun seasoning, dried herbs etc.....some salt to give it more kick.
