I have done this before and I saw results. You just have to push yourself for the 20 minutes but she's is tough.
You'll build endurance the in your first 5 days.
I started level one and I am able to get through the jumping jacks but the last set of squats with the weights are killing me.
I can't do regular push up either but modified I can do those.
how much weights are you using?
