Nj ... hey sadi 79 - Define quick weight loss for me? Gimme a number and timeframe and lets see if it's doable.
I have got to warn you a bit - with jillian you are going to GAIN some weight because you are building muscle with the hard core strength training but * your clothes will fit you so much better" - just keep that in mind,
I use 3kg - I have up it to 5 and I even do 8 for some shoulder exercises.
By lower body do mean abs? glutes? legs?
If you need to do lower body exercises TWO THINGS I HIGHLY RECOMEND
1. squats (start with 20, everyday you are going to increase by 5)
2. Stairs - (if you got them in the house - atleast 30 times a day)
How often do you workout?
How long do you work out a day?
What does your diet look like?
Can you food journal for 2 days and send it to me so I can tweak it for you?
