My personal opinion is that every single individual, once alleged to a crime, should be brought to justice but by following the standard code-of-conduct and in an ethical way.
Kasab has surely done worse but what I see here is that he is right now given a in-human and hardcore treatment that involves physical as well as mental third degree torture. He is given minimum human rights. This is what I'm against. Kasab will be given a death-sentence but that doesnt mean he is treated the way he is right now.
And its not becuz its happening in India only. Look at what was done in Guontanomo-bay. Look at what was done with Saddam Hussain right seconds before he was ready to be hung. Why go that far, look at what some of the guppies wrote in the scary "PA" forum of GS when few mullah were caught in Swat. Some of those very well educated (my guess) Guppies suggested that those arrested should be "tortured to death"..
So my dear, its all about humanity. No matter if someone has committed the worse crime. Let the punishment be given in by the one who is authorized to do so, not us.
