Chawalay bnanay k liye bartan jis main chawal bannay hon chulhe per rakhein us main pani dlaiye aur namak aur ublne k liye rakhein jab pani ubalne lage to us main bhege hue chawal daliye aur aik daffa chawalay pakanay walay chamch se chawal sahi s ehala lein pani ubalne lage to uper ayi jhag chamch s enikalte jayein jab aik kani reh jaye to in chawalon ka pani nathar lijiye ya kisi bareek surakh wali chandi main undel dein k sara panibeh jaye aur chani main bus chawal reh jaye ab in chawalon ko wapis bartan main dalein aur dam laga dein 5 min liye aur bad main garma garm dishout kijiye daal gosht k sath sarv kerein jab dal gosht ho to sath main lemon salad na ho to kuch maza nahi aata ab lemon salad ki tarkeeb btatay hain
aur yaad hai na Bismillah chawal bnatay hue b parhni hai zaiyqa aur tareefein chhate hain
