^I saw this chicken tandoori recipe on tv today, looked super simple.
1. Just marinate a whole chicken in 1 cup of vinegar and 5-6 Tbsps of BBQ masala (I guess the chef was refering to ready made masala)
2. Steam the chicken until almost done.
3. Brush it with butter and bake in oven for 5-10 mins for a nice color and finish.
I am not a fan of ready made masalas, so if I make it I'd prolly substitue it with salt+pepper+crushed chillies+crushed dry corriander and cumin+chat masala all according to your taste and maybe a pinch of red food color.
