I just saw this thread. I have been doing level 1 on and off for a couple of weeks. Its kinda hard to do it with the baby. The first time i did it, i couldnt even bend in rukoo for namaz

Now i am not sore anymore but its still hard to get through the whole 20 mins. Like sadi said, i am not feelingit in the tummy either, maybe i need to do more ab work? i am pretty sure my form is correct there.
