If you're going to attempt to discuss these things, at least try and do so intelligently.
"Kashmir" consists of those areas inhabited by Koshur-speakers, that is to say, the Kashmir Valley and parts of the Doda district. All of these areas are under Indian occupation. The rest of the artificial colonial construct of "Jammu & Kashmir" is really not my concern, and should certainly be free to whatever they want with their respective territories. Regarding Aksai Chin and the Shaksgam Valley [areas of Baltistan/Ladkah (again, not Kashmir) lost by the governments of India and Pakistan respectively to China], I'm really not going to worry about the status of a couple of uninhabited glaciers when my own Kashmir is languising under foreign occupation. Similarly, Pakistan controls areas of Western Jammu and Gilgit/Baltistan; none of "Kashmir" is under Pakistani rule. And from what I gather, the people who inhabit those areas generally aren't demanding independence from Pakistan. That would make sense, considering the fact that their grandparents rebelled in favor of joining Pakistan back in 1947-48. In any case, if they wish to be a part of Pakistan, then more power to them.
As for the rest of your post, rest assured, no cross border militant has committed atrocites on the same scale as your brave jawans.
