Welcome to the board. You have a valid concern. Copying design is very common these days, good or bad is a different story.
Good karigar can simply look at a picture (average resolution) and copy it exactly. I have seen my suites made and they are on their way from Pakistan. I got them from
Buy Pakistani Dresses| Video Shopping. They will show you their collection over Skype live and you can talk to your karigar as well. On webcam my clothes look exactly the same as in picture... lets see how they turn out.
Only problem you might face is to find honest and good karigar. If you have that then you can get them very cheap and exactly the same as in picture.
