You can get a vegetable and dip platter from your local supermarket. It's not only a healthy appetizer, it's also arranged in a very pretty way and you simply have to remove the cover and place it on the table (no need for chopping or arranging in a plate).
Along side the vegetable platter, you can even put out a selection of crackers and a couple of cheeses.
