thanks.. well i do different things..
40 minutes walk outside everyday.. i split it up into 20 20 min two walks everyday and i do 30 minute treadmill or any machine exercise everyday and i eat 5 times a day in small small portions and i drink 3 liters of water everyday and i eat folic acid plus iron tablet twice daily and one appetite reducer herbal tablet daily... apart from that i go to slimming massages centre three times a week for massages and do gym three times a week
