wow....aishadubaiwali...souds good...ive lost 11lbs in 2 weeks....its only meant to be a short term but fairly healthy diet...lots of people have done it , and with excercise..and no one has put on any weight back on afterwards....
so you do gym 3 timesa week...plus an hour a day too......?
the spanxs help alot...im lucky as i already had it in my wardrobe, was gna chuck it, thank god i watched the nadia khan show and got some ideas...
