Actually no, I am working full time. In the morning get up get dressed, get my son's clothes out and ready. Hubby get's him ready & I drop him off to day-care after breakfast. Me & hubby usually get breakfast at work, as well as lunch. Then off to work for 7.5 hours of mental stress

Then come home, sometimes I pick my little guy up or sometimes i have someone else do that. Sometimes run a few errands. Come home, spend time with my little guy, feed him & usually get dinner going when needed (if not doing take out etc). By that time hubby gets home, and he takes over watching my son and helps out a bit. Then I have time for some cleaning, getting his food ready for next day...etc... We put him to by bed by around 8 pm each day & then catch up on anything that needs doing. We generally dont let the mess pile up, so it's not to bad to pick up little things here n there. Whatever mess my son makes, its cleaned up immediately, otherwise it is a nightmare. In terms of cooking, we clean up right after cooking and all dishes etc are washed so no build up. If anything spills its cleaned. On weekends, is major cleaning like vaccuming/dusting/etc. Also try to prepare meals and onions/garlic/ etc on weekends for ease of use in the week. I try to plan meals/events & such so I know how to handle it and what to do in advance for a day I wont be home. Also marinate chicken/fish for use thruout week. Also laundry is done on weekends/dried & we try to put it away but it does get hectic. Right now im a bit Preggo so i let hubby handle most things, but I do what I can, but really lose energy, esp as I try to give my son ample mommy n me time. Plus I have some help but my mom also works full time so she can't only help so much
Let's see I am due in Spetember so will be home on maternity leave. Just curious due to some posts in another thread how housewifes spend their day.
