Well seriously that is not a jilbab in my opinion, jibabs are mostly similar to a coat. Turks wear quite colourful ones. However those dresses shown above definately don't serve the Islamic purpose, they are too tight and reveal the body shape, if someone likes to wear those I'm fine with it but from an Islamic perspective that won't be a jilbab.
My friend who lives in the UAE recently told me that jilbabs are the coloured coats whereas the term abaya purely refers to the black ones.
