What do i get as a gift?!?!?!

My MIL is over for a couple of weeks... she always showers me with (exortionately priced) gifts.... i always buy her the "usual" gift items here and there, but this time i am flummoxed...

What is appropriate? Give me ideas!!!!!!!!!!!

PS: She is not desi, nor from the UK (so no adventure day suggestions... not that i could imagine her doing stunts on a plane, or doing a sky dive.... actually i can imagine it and it's funny

).
PS2: Mods, move this somewhere more appropriate if you want, but i was thinking of a gift maybe beauty and fashion related....
