Dip her favorite fruit in milk or white chocolate or both , (Strawberries, raspberries, apples, oranges, etc) you can even add nuts and make a nice gift wrap.
If she is a kitchen person, you can get her a beautiful apron or even a canister set.
Pick her fav food, and get a cooking book on that subject.
You can personally make her a gourmet breakfast basket, (jam, special panncake mix, Maine maple syrup, some fresh imported cheese, flavorful tea's, etc) think exotic stuff, which is hard to find but in small shops or farmers markets.
Make cup cakes of her liking, and buy a beautiful stand for presentation, and later for her own use. (Everytime she will use it after, you'll be the first thing her in mind)
