not sure for dark circles, but for under-eye is again a great moisturizer

no...i don't have breakouts after i use vit E oil. not even extra blackheads or something. like i said, i use it at night, and on a clean face, and not like a whole bunch either. just so it gets almost absorbed (since vit E doesn't easily absorb into the skin)
