the famous saying "whatever flows your boat"
since you have admitted before that you are capable of making ijtihad and you are self learned shakyh then why ask such questions to awam (laypeople) on the board? However, as I a fellow believer, it is my job to remind you to not to speak without knowledge. We understand the Qur'an how the Messenger of Allah (sal-allahu 'alayhi wa sallam) taught us and how the pious scholars from first three Muslim generations taught us and those who followed it afterward. You have categoriezed certain clear commands as commands because it pleases your nafs and then you have categoriezed certain clear commands as suggestions/advices because it doesn't please your nafs and you provide no reasoning or evidence for it.
Let's speak in langauge which you may understand:
1 - How did you reach the conclusion that hijaab is an advice? Would you then also say that the command to men to lower gaze is also an advice? If you disagree, why not?
2 - How did you reach the conclusion that men marrying to women from people of book and women not marrying to other faiths is an advice?
