hey i included soemthing different in my owrkouts..along wiht doing stepper i ddcided to do arm movements...and boy are my arms killing me now..i did stretch but a coupl eminutes later into my workout cause i forgot at first..
..so should i keep on exercsiing like that every other day usual exercise time or should i wait for a few dayz until i start again..?
