You have complained about the shalwar, The shalwar you ordered was raw silk and you have agreed that YES it is raw silk in your emails, but you insist that it got damaged BECAUSE of the material and not 'how you wore it' or anything having to do with you - Without asking any questions i have promised you a new one.
I still don't get it? If you had an issue you should have resolved it with me first and if i can't satisfy you as a customer than you have all the right to say what you want.
