Even in Pakistan, don't you have to show your full face for a picture id or other matters?
I think a nikaab is a little too excessive, especially if you live in the west. What do you think?

In special case like ID, Driving Licence, or Similar thing it is allowed to show the face. When it is necessary you can take a photo with out the Nikaab. But when there is no necessity than donot do it. There are many fatwas about it. In necessity you can drink and eat haram also but when there is not necessity than donot do it. It's simple
