I understand where your coming from but it would've made a huge difference if you correspondence was clear and true to start with.
> You complained i promised you a crepe shalwar: Not True!
>You complained i don't respond to your emails: Not True!
>You complained about the shirt: I asked for an Image... and you haven't sent it yet.
It is wrong even to mention the shirt when i havent even had a look at!
This is totally unfair.
